Cast: You guys did a great job. Even on lines...haha!!  Please use the keys that are hanging by the front door every time you enter the hotel room.  We will be doing a speed through so that we can get through the show for scene/costume changes.  Virginia - Please come at 7:30 so that Cici can do your makeup and we can get started as close to 8:00 as we can.  http://palacetime2013.blogspot.com

Costume/Makeup: Ismael - Can Bill's second scene shirt have velcro, please?  Ismael - Hats for George and Purses for Doris .. we need to finalize, please. Ismael - Watch for George? Ismael - George was wearing a "pimp chain" in Act 2 Sc 2, can we get a peace medallion or something more hempy? "Hempy not pimpy" :) Petticoat is showing under the pink and blue dress. Can this be fixed? Can V's wig in Act 2 Sc 1 wig be pulled back out of her face? Cici - Makeup looks good!

Set: (Punch list below)

Props: Can the bedskirt be stapled or secured to the frame? We are cutting the cake box from Act 1 Sc 2, adding cake knife. Remove stickers on glasses. The rainbow sticker needs to be removed from red suitcase.

Lighting/FX/Sound: Rich -- Meredith would like to add in dates at the end of projections. (She can explain what she wants).  We need to add a projection going into Act II after intermission. This projection scene needs to last 1 minute. The projected beams need to go out during blackouts Can we have less lights at the beginning? SR is really dark and DSR is really dark and around piano.  The level for the piano cues need to be set. LQ out of Act 1 Sc 3 needs to be quicker. Does the ringing noise sound different per phone or will both rings sound the same because its the same device being used? Can we get a wired headset SR, please?

Ismael - George was wearing a "pimp chain" in Act 2 Sc 2, can we get a peace medallion or something more hempy? "Hempy not pimpy" :) Ismael - The red pants: Are you in the middle of altering them? Is that why the waist band was weird?

Tape on patio door windows need to be in line with the side window panels. Currently they are uneven.
